License and Use
Upon purchase, JHF grants you a personal and group-use license to download, print, and share the Digital Download freely for personal, church, small group, or ministry purposes.
You may:
Share copies with friends, family, church members, or small groups.
Use the materials in teaching, discussion, discipleship, or worship settings.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute for profit, or upload the files to commercial platforms.
Alter, adapt, or create derivative works without prior written consent from JHF.
We want our resources to spread encouragement and faith, but we also want to protect their integrity and ensure they are not misused commercially.
Payment and Delivery
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider.
After successful payment, you will receive access to your Digital Download via email link or account dashboard.
You are responsible for ensuring your device can access and store the file(s).
Refunds and Exchanges
Because these are digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once a file has been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will gladly help.
Intellectual Property
All Digital Downloads remain the intellectual property of JHF and are protected by copyright laws.
Purchasing a Digital Download grants you the right to use and share it as described above but does not transfer ownership of any rights.

We do not guarantee that the files will meet your specific needs, or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JHF shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any Digital Download.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Digital Downloads constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
